Been through a lot
H37 cutters have been across the Atlantic and Pacific. It's not as strong as some of the heavy cruisers, but is probably one of the strongest that Hunter has made.We've cruised about 10,000 miles in ours and have survived one 40 knot blow, gusting to 60, for 24 hours. That might not sound too bad, but it was on the Texas coast, where the seas get bigger due to the shallow bank. Those short breaking, steep 18 footers were pretty rough, with some breaking completely over the boat.And, notice that our worst seas were in what you would consider "Coastal cruising".
