Has anyone repaiired these types of gel coat cracks on non skid? Not sure if I should grind these out use a non skid mold or try to just fill the cracks?

The right way is... You know. It takes work and time.
Is that it for the cracks or are there more?
There are temporary fixes out there but there temporary and you never know if they are actually working.
YouTube has a bunch of videos about fixing gel coat cracks. I haven't seen one on anti skid yet.
I think the way to go is gouge it out, make a rubber mold and do it properly.

You will want to "patch" a area larger than the affected area. (maybe the whole colored section)

One way is to repair all the gel coat cracks. Then paint over it with a nice nonskid paint. I have not done this but I was told about doing it this way.
I had a guy suggest filling the cracks with thinned, epoxy paint primer, then paint the entire area with non-skid paint, no grit, just paint. If it was me, and I had a lot of cracks like that.. I'd go with Kiwi Grip over all the non skid.... looks good too.
