How to remove the ceiling lights?

Hi,

Anyone any tips on how to remove the ceiling lights ? ( B361\2002) .

I can see ( and feel ) they have 2 spring loaded legs to each side folding when inserting the light into the ceiling ( I guess ). But how to remove them?

I can pull them out app. 1-2 cm but than its full stop.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Are you looking to remove the entire unit vs just the lens?

The lens easily twists out - insert either very small screwdrivers (I actually use my fingernails) and twist probably a quarter of a turn or less - it should fall out

To remove the unit a pull out as far as you can and insert a screwdriver to push back on the springs. Once you do one you'll easily get the hang of it

Indeed I wanted to remove the complete unit. Worked fine as per your advice .
Once you know the trick....still glad i asked.
All earlier experience learns that uncontrolled pulling easily leads to breaking and costly replacement
