What does it take to get Catalina Yachts parts department to respond to their own web site form inquirires? Used their web site form, (twice) but no responses. Not good customer service. What is the secret?
I can't speak for Catlaina, but speaking for this web site, I'd estimate that 25% of the email addresses we receive are invalid. Typos, .com's missing, spaces, etc.I have no idea if you're a web novice or a unix programmer, but I'd suggest double checking the email address you use on your form. I know we've been hung out to dry for the same reason, but unable to get through with our response!ph.
I guess i'm just lucky. I have received responses every time from Catalina. Go to the Catalina web site, go to the customer contact section, fill in the appropriate data and send. Wayne Pandy handles the reply's for the Eastern region, he is based in Florida. www.CatalinaYachts.com
And quite honestly, Catalina Direct isn't much more timely in returning calls. I just stopped bothering leaving voicemail at either place till I got through to a live person. Catalina really does have great customer service if you can get through. Keep trying! LaDonna
You have to tell them you are interested in buying
a new boat. The bigger the boat the quicker they will call you.
