I didn't spill any paint, but rather a much more unanticipated anomaly has occurred.
My companionway sill is topped with a fabulous, thick piece of teak that has 8 coats of stunning varnish on it. I have been setting a portable air conditioner on for 2 summers, with a towel between to keep off the scratches. So, I used a different towel this last weekend, a beige-colored one. Well, the beige color transferred in waves to the varnish, I'm guessing due to the heat.
So, How do I get paint, dye, foreign color off the varnish?
