How to check zincs and prop without diving

OK - heres a trick I used to check my zincs and prop without diving. You're welcome to try it - if you think it's a bad idea - I suggest you don't. Take a piece of PVC pipe about 3 inches in diameter and about 4-5 feet long. Attach a piece of plexiglass to the end of it with 3M 5200 or silicone rubber sealant like a lens. Use it like an underwater telescope to check out what you need to. No diving, no getting wet, and best of all....cheap. Enjoy!

That's a keeper, Debo. Thanks! I'm gonna use it to check for growth as well. Here in HHI, keeping an eye on that is important, cause we get barnacles in a matter of weeks.
