How the H do I private message?

After months of trying to reach this sites' hosts, I give up!
Can anyone please tell me how to private message?
You will have a friend for life.

You click that persons name then clis on "send this person a private message"
I just sent one to you.

Also, look under your log-in. There should be a "Private Messages" line to click on. Or you can click on your own name and see your "Control Panel", underwhich is "Private Message" underwhich is "Send a Message". You just have to know the user name of the person you are reaching out to.

Thank you Jeff. When I click on a person's name, it goes to that person's profile. When I then click on send a message it just scrolls down to the bottom of the profile. What am I doing wrong?
