boat weekends!

We live in land so we have to spend weekends down on the boat (26x) to avoid the long commute back and forth! we find this gives us double the sailing time and to get stuff finished!

Our time

Chris and I meet up almost every Friday at Marina Village. Our Slip is only 15 minutes from my office, but the commute to Hiddenbrooke is over a buck and a half on a good Friday..only 37 miles mind you. We enjoy taking take a few cocktails over to Pat and the Farallone team of Roger & Di Frizzel and Roger & Dinah Goodsel, we meet up n one of our boats and then head off to Le Cheval in Oakland or Quinns....Ain't life grand??We just purchased a 42 and sold our 36 in one week...great team work by the Farallone crewMark & Chris AnthonyCatalina 42 Aqua Possada

The best bed on and around the North Sea !!!

Our First 30 was built in 1978 in France, she isbeautiful ! Her name is "SOUND SHIP 1"Our First Daughter Bianca was born in Hellevoetsluis, 9 month after our First sailingholiday, she is beautiful !!Our First grandson Shane Ryan was born in 20019 month after Bianca's First sailing holiday with her husband. Shane is beautiful !!Our First grandson with red hair and blue eyeswas born in 2004, 9 month after the First sailing holiday his father, mother and brotherhad together on our FIRST.Menno Pieter is beautiful !!!!!Is there any better place to sleep then ona FIRST 30 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Pieter Schaap, Hellevoetsluis, HollandSoundship@planet.nl
