It helped on a 320
I increased the rake on my 320 last year and it did help pointing and sail trimming for racing. I cannot say how much, as I did a number of other things as well, but I plan on increasing the rake on my new 356 this weekend. I'll let you know how that works out. BTW, on the 320 I was able to point very well compared to other boats in my class. I had the shoal draft, and was still able to out point and maintain speed. Steve
