Can anyone share any insights on how much price flexibility there is on a new Beneteau 331 vs, the list price?

Make a low offer. The worst that can happen is
the dealer will come back with a counter. I would offer between 5 and 7 thousand off and see what happens. If he comes back with a counter offer of say $3500 off, make another offer, say $4500 and walk if he doesn't take it. Regardless, when he counters, you will be able to get a feel for his position.
