How much does your outboard engine vibrate?

The H260 has a sugar scoop stern with a beefy motor mount. It doesn't have a transom to drum.

Honda outboard motors are renown for smooth, quite performance. If this new motor vibrates worse than the old Mercry, I too would be concerned/mad.

I know that boat all too well as I introduced it, purchased 20-25% of the production line, worked on them in my sleep and so on. Yes I have seen gel coat cracks in the area of attachment.

On a lighter note while installing wheel steering on a 260 one time at 2:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning, imagine being upside down stuck in the gas locker hole. Had to be Houdini to get out of that an hour later. Never did that stunt again. Wife still laughs but at the time, she was hotter than a firecracker with me out of safety for me at that time of the morning.
