How many depends on several things...
Vented loops should be in any line connected to a below-waterline thru-hull...So at the very least, you need one in the head intake--put it between the pump and the bowl, NOT between the thru-hull and the pump--and one between the macerator and the thru-hull. If your toilet will only flush into the tank, you don't need a vented loop in the head discharge line. But you plan to install a y-valve that lets you choose between flushing directly overboard or to the tank, you will need one. I recommend that you put it immediately after the toilet as shown in the attached photo. All vented loops should be at least 6-8" above the waterline at any angle of heel.You might want to check out the link below before starting any of this work...it includes some tips that can make the job a little easier and also will help you select the best location for the tank and how to vent it to keep it aerobic.
