How many sailors does it take to change a light bulb?

I want to replace the incandescent bulbs on my 38 with LED's. I cannot figure out how to get the lens off one of the fixtures - see attached picture- hoping someone has done this before.

I'd try prying a little on the edge of the lens.

I've tried that - it does not look like it will work without damaging the fixture - very tight fit.

Rotate the lens some, then pry, pry again.

They don't rotate. You need to insert a thin blade and pop it out. They have 4 small tabs that fit in 4 slots. Getting it back up is a bit hard but it pops in the same.

It looks like the kind I have. I have to push the lens up with the heel of my hand and rotate a 1/4 turn at the same time.
