how install a storm sail for hunter33 2004

my hunter 33 2004 is with a storm sail(tourmentin in french) but i don't know how install it

Going to need a little more info
Is it roller furled or hanked on?
What sail is on the forestay now?
is there a baby forestay inside the forestay proper?

my storm sail is hanked
but my hunter don't have a forestay
my genoa is on roller
also i don't know where hanked on my storm sail
