How In the Heck Do I remove.....

I have attached a jpeg that shows the instrument panel.

The large one is easy to remove.

How do I remove the smaller one??? I don't see where it is being held.

I'd like to update the radio.

Figured it out.

I just didn't see past my nose.

There was a conduit running on top of the screw holding the panel in place.
