How do you repack the rudder bearing?

oday 27 bath, me
I have a 1986 27' O'Day and would like to repack the rudder bearing. What is the best way to do this ? Is there a schematic I could go by ?

Sorry about the delay answering. Answer, You can't they have to be replaced. They are Delrin sleeves that are inserted in the rudder tube. You can purchase a set from D&R Marine or make your own if you have access to a lathe. Don't be surprised if the rudder post is also worn which is why I made mine. Is this a 27 or 272?
