Two improvements to the loading procedure:
1. load from the transom so the truck's for-and-aft rather than athwartships, and
2. take a good run at it so the boat doesn't have time to sink when the front wheels go on!

Hey it is the only way to get things done in some places. It is not as chaotic as it may seem. Those went without a problem but they have a lot of techniques to recover from possible mishaps. That's just the loading, sailing them boats with those loads is the real adventure. They usually unload at a dock with facilities so probably a crane will be available.
