I am a new owner of a Vision 32. Sails wonderfully. It has an installed jiffy reefing system, which seems to be only partially connected. The manuals have gone missing. I would appreciate any rigging and use information.
I have owned a 1990 vision 32 for just over two years. I only have one reefing line on my boat. There is the ability for two lines. I drop my main to a predetermined marked spot on the main. I then pull my reefing line as tight as possible using my winch. This pulls dwon the sail to the first reefing point. I then tie off the bulk sail sit back and drink a cold one. Sounds like your first response had the right info. On our 33.5, the jiffy reefing lines were also missing. I called Greg Emerson at Hunter in Alachua, FL and he faxed me complete schematic along with line diams and lengths for our model within one hour. I would recommend you do the same. Doug
