Disable Pop up Blocker
I had to disable the Pop up Ad blocker for this site for my photos to upload. Had the same problems after switching to Norton, but that fixed it.

I haven't been able to add photos for months
It used to work fine but no longer. I check the box for adding a photo and nothing happens.

Adding Picture to Forum
I never have a problem. I only use *.jpg (I think there is a limit on the size) and don't have Norton Security. I have google pop-up blockr and that does not cause a problem.

If You Have Norton...
..Internet Security running, it must be disabled to add pictures to this site. I worked with Phil to determine that way back during the first time I tried after installing it.
