Out of curiosity, what refrigeration units are most running, evaporator plate or holding plate, and how cold does it get your freezer/refrigeration box? My H380 came equipped with a Grunert PolarMate, water cooled with a large evaporator plate and my freezer section will get down to 19F and the refrigeration section will hold 40-45F. Who Needs Refrigeration???

It depends where you live. In the Northwest we don't need refrigeration - look at our weather forecast and they're talking SNOW (again)!
