Clearly a tropical paradise from the palm trees. The palm leaves look rigid so it must have seen some wind so it must be in the "hurricane belt". If the picture is recent then we could conclued from the lack of new palm fronds that the hurricane was last year, could look at hurricane tracks for the last year and figure something out. UNIA is the united Negro improvement association of Africa a Social, charitable, communitarian, and educational organization founded by Marcus Garvey to uplift people of African ancestry which also tells me it is in the Carabean. There is a pig so clearly not a Jewish settlement. My guess is somewhere near Haiti.
