I took off the hot water tank but somebody told me that it is acting as a radiator for the engine same time. Does anybody could tell me about this?

Not a problem, and it's not a radiator
The HX makes the transfer of heat between the fresh and raw water. The HX is a marine add-on to a tractor engine. Sure it absorbs some heat, but once its completely heated up, it's essentially not transfering anymore heat anyway. The engine should work fine without a hot water heater, but they sure are nice to have.
