is what I used on my H34- cant remember the size but it is readily available from automotive supply retailers. I cut pieces of the old hose, slit it, and slipped it over the new hose where there might be chaffing.

Automotive hot water hose works great. Just watch the places where it passes through bulkheads for chafe.
