Hoses in starboard cockpit locker of a O'day 1987 272LE

O'Day 1987 272Le Lake Arthur, Moraine State Park Portersville,Pa.
In my starboard cockpit locker are 2 white hoses that attach to the manual pump on the starboard side. One hose goes to the bilge at the keel bolts. Where does the other one go. The sink drain goes out the bottom with a seacock.

The other hose goes overboard. The pump pulls from the bilge by the keel bolts and pumps overboard through the hull near the waterline on the starboard side.
