Several weeks ago I asked for help in finding two pre-formed hoses for my Yanmar 2QM15 diesel in my 1980 Hunter 30. I got several helpful replies, including one from Jim at Niemiec Marine in New Bedford MA. After several phone calls and emails including my sending pix of the required parts, he found them. I guess if you can get an out of state dealer to sell Yanmar parts to Florida you can save the sales tax. Thanks for sharing.

As you may know I am new to Florida and looking to find the best place for my yanmar parts.
When I was in NY most parts were easy to get at a few different places right on Long Island.
I was in Brewers in Greenport and carried most parts and were a authorized service for most,I also was able to find a local Marine supply for good parts at discount coast.
I tried getting some back up impellers for my Fisher Panda Gen and Yanmar
which both use Johnson impellers and found them hard to find locally.
I went up to NY for Xmas and got them right off the shelf with no problem.
My boat is pretty new so I don't need much parts just the small stuff for now,
any one know good source for these parts.

Yanmar parts, Anchor Marine, miami, FL
Benny, i have been able to get Yanmar and other parts from Anchor marine in Miami. They could not identify the hoses I needed, however. They are located on the Miami River around NW 7th Avenue and NW 10th street. Good luck, and welcome to Florida. Sailing in Biscayne Bay is the best there is! King elliott
