Olav,
I don't know whether you are in the States or in Europe. But as an alternative you might want to look into www.apollo.com It is a Polish sail maker in Gdansk, Poland. Their web sight is in English, German, Swedish and of course Polish. There was a recent article in the German magazine "Yacht" dealing with Polish sailmakers and it was pretty positive. Having cruised there and spoken with Germans who purchase sails, I know that their prices can't be beat. There is a Pole in the Vega group who lives in Warsaw and keeps his Swedish-flagged Vega in Gdansk (formerly Danzig) and he may be of assistance. Check it out! Frank Gallardo Jr

Hi Olav,

Last winter I ordered a new sail from Crusader Sails in England. Excellent
service, good quality and the price was much lower than the prices in my
country (+ extra discount for Vega owners).

Their website : www.crusadersails.com

Kind regards,

Flor Oyen
