John,Honda does not sell parts on-line, and I could not find a dealer with an e-commerce web site. However, the Honda web site will point you to the closest dealer at this link:http://www.honda-marine.com/dea.htmRay Trombino
I've got a Honda 15hp 4 Stroke on my 26 and it runs like a champ. But like you, I've found parts hard to come by. A local dealer wanted $75 for a part that I figured should go for about $15-$20. Luckily I ended up not needing it.At marine stores you can find accessories for many of the other motors but not Honda. Just try and find one of those little pumps for adding gear lube to the lower unit. All in all, the Honda runs so well that to me it's worth it.Ron Mehringers/v Hydro-Therapy
This is the reason that Honda has formed such a loyal dealer network. It is not only profitable to sell the motor, it is also profitable to service it. They've created a high quality product that works well to please the customers and made the dealers happy by protecting profit margins on parts/service.Believe me, I know. My family was an OMC/Johnson dealer for many years. My present motor is a Honda.Alan Long94 23.5
My local Honda marine dealer has been great to deal with. Although not ever having the parts “on hand” Anderson Industrial Motors gets the parts in quickly and next day posts them at no extra charge. I’ll admit the parts are a bit pricey, but isn’t everything sail related
