Serial Number OCE 390 N 0080 While sailing in the Bahamas, in 20 knots of wind, on a broad reach, and 15 degrees of heel, I went below and found six inches of water over the salon sole. After pumping water overboard, I could not find the source of the water and returned to Florida. After a lengthy search, I found that there were openings in the transom on both port and starboard sides, between the lockers on the swim platform and the engine/ fuel tank compartment. These openings are triangular in shape and about eight inches on a side. The transom/bulkhead was never completed during original construction of the boat.
