I just purchased a Hunter Vision 32. The holding tank is leaking and made out of aluminum (what were they thinking ) . I removed the old tank and looking for a replacement . Does anyone know a good source, The tank was located under the shower seat in the head. I got a drawing from Hunter but have not found anything close with Ronco. Thanks

A number of us here have had tanks built by Triple M Plastics in the link. As you have the drawing, it might be worth sending it to them for a quote.

Tank problem.

Most boats in the 70's and 80's had aluminum tanks and some still do. The H37Cs also had them under the shower seat, most of those have been replaced. But very few of us put the new tank under there, too small an area. You can see my solution in the Related Link(from Photo/Project Forum called "Avoid This Project"). The tank is a Ronco because they are heavy duty, relatively inexpensive, the owner is great to work with, and they will install inlet/outlet/vent connectors anywhere that you need them.

V32 holding tank

Good luck with your replacement,We also have a V32 with the tank under the seat, could you keep posting how you did this.Ours is a 89 and I am sure this will be next thing to go. Did you remove the top of the seat or go in from the side ? and how hard was it to get the leaky one out. Best of luck to you. Tom Cooper Prologue 1 V32
