I want to remove a fiberglass holding tank, which i dont believe was the original tank. The tank will be replaced with another tank in a different location. My ONLY question is....is there a way to treat the holding tank in advance to remove all of the unpleasantness and odors before i cut into it. It will have to be cut apart and removed.
