The manual pump for emptying the holding tank on my Hunter 31 is cracked and not worth repairing. My friend has a new pump that he doesn't need however it has a 1" discharge and intake as opposed to the old one of 1 1/2". I can easily plumb it up with adapters but I am wondering if the 1" flange on the new pump will be too small for disposing of the waste and end up with a blockage? Has anyone had any luck with this size? Thanks Steve deForest

Steve, they aren't made that way for a reason.
