I am intending to cruise the pacific and as an ajunct to my radio/sat phone I am looking for a second hand pactor 2, does anyone know the best place to find a second hand unit?
mate not sure if this will help but you could try posting on QRZ.COM on their wanted list for a pactor2 box. Regarding the sat phone, most folks I know rave about winlink as very reliable and cheap but not sure how well it will work down under. Don
mukehaze, you might look at ebay, there is a pactor capable interface f/s as item 5858052281. Don't know if it does pactor 2, I'm not as up-to-date on digital modes as I should be.
