Hey Dave how goes it? Had a 16 year old run in to my boat last week while it was on the trailer. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Split the rudder. Going to give the new rudder from Ida-Sailor a try. I purchased it this morning from this site. Didn't get alot of feedback on this site but the trailer sailor forum had several people using it that were very happy.Sean Coerse1998 H240"Right Coerse"

When you get the rudder from Idasailor, pleas eamil photos to me. I also want you to let me know how it works. Maybe Hunter might consider.

Dave, as I posted a few weeks ago, I added the Idasailor rudder to my 1996 a few weeks ago. It really made a difference. I have only owned the H26 for a few mos. and there was nothing wrong with the structure of the rudder, I just did not like the feel, so I gave the new rudder a shot. It is very balanced and the boat will point alittle higher. It feels like my old S2 7.9.
