Welcome back Tim.

Did you take your girl friend along? Any pictures of her? I'm hoping for a bikini shot, or less. :)

Sheep?.......someone mention Sheep?

Hey now.....as a Yorkshireman moving form England to Florida, the very mention of sheep brings mist to my eyes and glee to my heart..........

Puget Sound - the middle ground?

In between the beautiful sunset and the, *gasp* other picture with the white stuff, it looks like Puget Sound might be the middle ground. This is a picture of Seattle from Bainbridge Island. The MapQuest chartlet shows where the picture was taken from: "Tyee Shoal", the one with the Fl light and horn in the middle of the chart. http://mapserver.maptech.com/homepage/index.cfm?lat=47.609828189824896&lon=-122.48726025656829&scale=40000&zoom=50&type=0&icon=0&width=498&height=498&searchscope=dom&CFID=883595&CFTOKEN=41968917&scriptfile=http://mapserver.maptech.com/homepage/index.cfm&latlontype=DMS Looks closely and you might be able to make out a couple bald eagles perched on top - depending on how the resolution comes out. This was taken on a "nice" day - right now we've got pea soup fog with visability in the hundred yards or so range. In the summer it "warms up" and eventually the white stuff melts - probably due to the warm rain :)

More Puget Sound

Here's another Puget Sound - actually Elliot Bay - wintertime picture. Unlike John's foggy haze, this one was taken last Saturday (Dec. 10th on one of our glorious, cold clear winter days. We don't get a lot like this. Just add 40 degrees, please. Tim Brogan April IV C350 #68 Seattle
