Just enjoyed reading your blog...But I could not help but notice......
Had Siedelman 25' once. One day some friends and myself are out having a wonderful sail flying along on a port tack rail just kissing the water. When someone stepped down below and discovered at least 10"s of water above the floor boards. We were sinking! Water was over flowing from galley sink. Which was on the starboard side of boat. It had the sink drain setup very close what you have.:eek:
