C27 Inspection
Plan to spend about 30-45 minutes yourself on board. The decks should be rock solid firm. Smell. If it stinks more then a stale boat then there may be mold and rot. Bring a flashlight and write down every detail. I bought a '73 27 Hull #60 with high confidence after a professional inspection. I've never regreted it.
