I would like to replace the outboard motor mounting bracket on O'day 19, it's very shaky and the springs no longer work. It's the tilt up style.. My problem is removing the bolts. How do you get to the them from the inside the transom??? Does the V-shaped part that hold the actuall bracket slide off or do the bolts go all the way thrue the transom??? Please help..
