Help with 12V Panel

Hello:

I have a 2003 Bavaria 44 and can not figure out the meaning of the three bulbs on top of the 12V power conector(See Attached Picture). The ones that display the bateries.

Any body knows what they mean and what they do?

A little information.....

On my boat, the lights are something like this; the right-most (red) lamp lights when the battery voltage is low, or the batteries are disconnected, the leftmost (green) lamp is lit when the batteries are charged and normal. I've never seen the center lamp lit, and there's no discussion of any of this in my manual.

We have a Bavaria 38 (2004) and the panel looks almost identical. The lights I believe indicate whether the main switch is on or off corresponding to the starter, or house battery and the centre one whether the emergency switch which links the house battery to the starter. We have a separate instrument which monitors the batteries so our original system is defunct.
