1985 26'---So I went to replace the forward hatch today because the PO broke it and tried to repair it with silicone. Ordered the new hatch with the same identical cut out size and overall size however, due to the design, the cut out is perfect but the top pierce is too big and hits on the deck on the bottom side. Can anybody tell me if they have replaced their forward hatch and if so, what brand and model number?
I know D&R Marine shows one but they are about $100 more than a Bomar same size listed including cut out.
