Help please - need an Certifcate of Conformity 94/25 for H1

I have bought Legend 146 several years ago, and while I never registered it, I would like to do it now.

However, authorities are asking me the European Union CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY 94/25.
As local importer (I am from Croatia) is not working any more, Hunter at this moment doesn't have any support in my country, so I would like to ask if someone knows where it would be possible to get such a certificate?
