Hi, I'm trying to figure the make of this 70's? vintage 26 foot swing keel? boat. She's got an unusual bow, offset to starboard hatch entry, offset well-mount (starboard side on transom), wheel helm. I'll post one pic here, the other in next post. Please help if you can... Thanks, Scott

Not a Tanzer.
I don't ever recall seeing a Tanzer 26 with the companionway on the starboard side. Tanzers didn't have the outboard cutout either. Looks to be a Clipper as noted by Rodney.

Owned a 1976 CM26 for 16 years (1985 to 2000)

The picture does look like the typical clipper bow but the ports don't look right. Hull number started with "CM". Good luck. If it is a CM, it is a very strong boat, designed by W.E.B.Crealock. Try to catch him some time when he gives a presentation at a Pacific Seacraft dealer. He can tell you a lot about your boat (if it is a CM). Post a photo of the cockpit. If there is a small rectangular well (~9"x12") to port of the companionway, then it is CM.
