Where do you go to get a new mast for a hunter 26 1995? Do they come with pole raising modifications?

Look at the bottom of the page. I thought I posted this yesterday but did not see it when I looked today. I would be tempted to drag the boat down here to Florida have the new mast installed sail some and make a vacation out of it. http://www.usspars.com/products/specialdeals.asp

Need a new mast
Julian at USSpars did a great job for me a couple of years ago when I was in the same situation. Crazy Dave gave me the contact and it was a good experience.

In the process of changing rigs...
I'm currently re-rigging my new mast. Previous responses are correct...Julian is the man (386)462-3760. Recognize the new mast you'll be rigging may be differnet from the one currently on your boat. The new mast is the same as the one that's currently on the 260. You may have to modify your baseplate, get a new raising pole etc. Again, Julian can speak to these issues. If you have any other questions..drop me a note. good luck !!

Replaced mast on 94' with usspar spar
If you use the usspar you will need to think about the boom also. The Isomast boom I had did not work well with the new usspar mast. I ordered a boom as well. The sail had to be recut also but I think that was because it was blown out not a new mast issue. Depending on how far you are away from usspar it can be a pain shipping the 40' tube they pack it in. Mine was lost for two weeks in texas. However the mast work very well. Julian does know his stuff on these mast. I thought there was an outfit that reproduces a direct replacement for the Isomast mast. I don't remember there name but crazy dave might know.

Yes, but . . .
The exact replacement Charleston was quite a bit higher -- you might as well see about a new boom. However, Julian fitted my boom to my new mast and it works great.
