Tim, What did you decide on?
Since I got my pole in today, I thought about this post and pulled it up. Got a few questions.
Is the stop/kill switch mounted inside somewhere? I was thinking that it would be good to mount that on the pole with connectors inside it's enclosure.
Also, since the pole is 9' long, how do you get to the top to remove the wind turbine, or does the pole rotate down for working? If the latter then it makes more sense to have the connectors inside as you describe.
