Help!!I just moved to Chicago to attend Northwestern and I'm having sailing withdrawal.My little Hunter 25 had to come up on the hard back in Maryland and I'm missing her.If anyone out there needs a sailing partner, rail meat, helmsman, etc please drop me an email. watch the racing schedule

25 years ago, as a student in Chicago, I got the racing schedule, and went over to Montrose Harbor with a cardboard sign that said "experienced foredeck hand", and sat on the dinghy dock. I got to sail for a couple of exceptionally bad skippers, but I was on the water.Only took a couple times to find some good, steady rides anyway.The Tri-State race (assuming they still have it) is labor day weekend ... get over to the dinghy dock with a pack, foul weather gear, etc. by mid afternoon Friday.Tom
