Help, im buying a Bene 473

Hello all, im buying a 2003 Bene 473.

In that regards, is it anything special i should look for? Week points?
I have not looked at the boat yet.
According to seller, its in a VERY good condition........
The boat has been chartered out.
Furling main, furling genoa. Engine, Volvo TMD 22. 1600 hrs.
2 heads, 3 cabins.
No el. winches, no teak.
It has bowthruster.
How are Beneteau's regarding osmosis?
Anything particular regarding this model?
