It's definitely a Luger 16. The quality is dictated by who built it. Some did great jobs, some didn't and anywhere in between. But, after all these years, if it held together, might be ok. The base model was called the Model No. 1691 Then they offered the Interior kit #1692, the rudder assembly # 1693, the standing rigging #1694, the trim molding, #1566, the main adn working jib sail kit # 20357, Running Lights #1224, Outboard motor mount # 1637 for short and # 1638 for long shaft, cockpit cover #1567 and genoa sail #1427. the trailer was a Holsclaw #1699 and the spare tire and wheel were #1449. Designed for a 2-4 HP outbord for short or medium range and a 5-7 HP for strong wind/current, etc. LOA: 16'8", BEAM: 75", DRAFT: 4" TO 45", but the rudder draws 18". SA: 95 FT2 mAIN, 45 FT2 Jib = 140 FT2. 46" from top of seats to boom. W/L to top of mast = 22'. What else do you want to know?
