help! frozen seacocks

Sea Cocks-- the toilet (head) discharge seacock is frozen,
along with the cockpit seacock is frozen-- frozen shut.
Is this problem....how soon do I need to remedy this.

Frozen as in temperature or frozen as in corroded? Are you in the water or on the hard?

If they are just "water" frozen. Hopefully they will thaw and you will be ok. However, often as they thaw, they reveal cracks that occurred from water freezing in them. I personally would schedule a haul out as soon as possible and replace them. If they have corroded shut, they will need to be inspected and rebuilt or replaced depending on the type of seacock.

Are these ball valves or gate valves ?

If frozen (will not move) because of corrosion, the ball valves may have a chance, gate valves, not so much.
