Help choosing a kick-up rudder for Holder 20 Sailboat

I need to replace my rudder.
I keep my Holder 20 sailboat up on a lift in the water and need to either remove the rudder or lift it up so the waves do not break it off.
What are your suggestions of type and manufacturers?

Can't help you, but I sailed with a friend on a Holder 20 a few years ago. It was a great little boat, very quick. Lucky you.
