I recently bought a 1970 balboa 20. The P.O. "lost" the title. I have no reason to suspect otherwise. I cannot find the hull Identification number on her
. I read that on most boats its on the transome. Not on mine. I did find a a plate located inside on the backrest of the dinett seat (if that's what it's called) with the serial number stamped on it but that is just a 3 diget number. The boat sat for 10 years and was poorly maintained for that time. Any suggestions on wear to look?
