Mast is in two pieces. Anyone have a suggestion as to how to repair or where to get a replacement?

Or you could try ZEPHYR Aluminum Spars in Wareham, MA. They could very well have made the original mast for your boat. Shipping from either DWYER or ZEPHYR is the real "killer" of buying a new spar! ZEPHYR does make splices to fix a mast that is broken (depending on where the break is) I'm sure DWYER might be able to do this as well, but as I say...depending where the mast broke... in the long run a new mast is best. Either company would be able to supply just the extrusion if the verious fittings are still good, however...... since the newest OSPREY would be aproaching 40 years old........... a mast used on saltwater may be beyond removing any fittings!
